Q: Why is my Available Balance $0?
New Pay Period:
If a new pay period has started and we do not have regular working hours recorded in our system, you will need to wait until this data is received from your employer.
You can find the exact dates of your pay period by selecting "View Details" icon under the Available Balance in your account.
Transfer Limits:
If you have met your maximum number of allowed transfers, your Available Balance will return to $0.
To view detailed information about your balance and transfer limits:
On the Web: Click on “Learn about the balance for…” after logging into your account through a web browser.
On the App: Select “View Details” under your OnDemand Balance.
