Q: Why is my account showing no payroll history?
Missing payroll data could be a result of a couple factors.
We could currently not have up-to-date payroll data for your account. This often occurs due to a recent leave of absence, PTO, or a re-hiring process.
Additionally, if you are a new hire, you will also be required to wait until you receive your first paycheck to have access to FlexWage services following enrollment.
To regain eligibility, you will need to wait until you receive your next paycheck with regular working hours. Your account will be updated with this information on the upcoming pay date, after which you will be able to access your wages through FlexWage.
