Q: What should I do if I'm having trouble accessing my FlexWage account?

A: If you're experiencing difficulties accessing your account, you can retrieve your username and reset your password using the following links:


                  After completing the "Forgot Password" form, you will be prompted to reset your password on the following screen.

                  After completing the "Forgot Username" form, an email containing your username will be sent to the address we have on file.

Please note that your account will be locked for 30 minutes after too many failed login attempts and will continue to fail during that time. If you are using our mobile app, these links are also available on the login screen.
